- Perform a sequence of test to find the cause of the problem
- oil,filter+lube/inspect
- WHEEL CYLINDER – Remove & Replace – 1500 Rear,Both – [Includes: Perform ABS Automated Bleed procedure.] – [Includes: Repack Wheel Bearings (where applicable), bleed System and replace Shoes (if necessary).]
- Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.
- Power steering fluid flush
- clean air filter
- MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR – Remove & Replace
- Change trans fluid
- Change gear lube in all gear case's
- AXLE SHAFT ASSEMBLY – Remove & Install or Remove & Replace – 1500 Both – [NOTE: For Independent Suspension Type Axles, Axle Shaft Assembly consists of Axle Shaft, Boots and Joints.]
- If any wheels were removed for service/ repair, RECHECK lug nut torque after 100 miles!! Alloy wheels can loosen or seat in requiring tightening of the lug nuts Brake % are brief visual estimates Link to electronic inspect
